Ultra Open MRI Corporation
provides "Open" MRI, CT and X-Ray services at four convenient
Tampa Bay locations.
The word "ultra", is defined as "Going beyond the bounds of
what is normal or expected."
This definition is the essence of the edict upon which Ultra
was founded. The management and employees of
Ultra are dedicated to providing services to patients and health
insurance providers of the Tampa Bay area that exceed
expectations. Being a locally operated company
helps to ensure that this goal is achieved.
The company is managed by experienced local managers. The
company's employees are all seasoned and credentialed. Medical
quality is extensively monitored by several of the company's
physician medical directors. Each facility has a Board Certified
Radiologist to ensure the quality of technical services and to
ensure timely interpretations. Our radiologists interact
extensively with our referring physicians to ensure that these
physicians are aware of the most efficient testing applicable to
the medical situation of the patient.
Convenience to patients is provided through efficient and
flexible scheduling and punctual operations. Our patients do not
experience frustrating, exhausting and unnecessary waits.

Ultra is accredited by the American College of
Radiology. Accreditation demonstrates our
achievement of the highest practice standards possible.
Only imaging centers meeting these high standards
receive accreditation.

Ultra is an approved health care provider
for Medicare, and many insurance companies, and HMO programs.
Our staff provides all required billing services
for the convenience of our patients.
Ultra’s experienced and highly trained
staff strive to provide efficient patient scheduling and punctual
